By downloading or using Diecast Keeper, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Diecast Keeper is a personal collection management app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

2. Premium Subscription

Diecast Keeper offers an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription with the following terms:

• Subscription name: Premium
• Duration: 1 month (auto-renewable)
• Price: $9.99 USD/month (price may vary by region)
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time
• Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when a purchase is made

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Diecast Keeper is owned by Fabio Dordetto de Abreu. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
